Designed and glazed by Clayton and Bell. Inserted in 1879 at the expense of Francis Edmund Stacey, Fellow of the College.

Tracery: the portcullis, the Tudor rose, arms of King's College, Eton College, the University, Henry VI, Henry VII, Henry VIII, Victoria and Stacey. Initials F. E. S. Arms of the see of Lincoln impaling Christopher Wordsworth (Bishop of Lincoln and Visitor of the College) and of Richard Okes (Provost). Initials H and R.

Also depicting Archangel Michael, angels with the Blessed, and angels with the Damned.
